Cookies Policy

The following Cookies Policy sets out the rules for saving and accessing data on the Devices of Users using the Website for the purposes of providing services by electronic means by the Website Administrator.

§ 1 Definitions

  • User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically via the Website.
  • Device – an electronic device with software, through which the User gains access to the Website.
  • Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device

§ 2 Types of cookies

  • Internal cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website’s ICT system
  • External cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the ICT systems of External Websites
  • Session cookies – files uploaded and read from the User’s Device by the Website or External services during a single session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.
  • Persistent cookies – files uploaded and read from the User’s Device by the Website or External services until you manually delete them. Cookies are not automatically deleted at the end of the Device session, unless the User’s Device is configured to delete cookies at the end of the Device session.

§ 3 Security

  • Storage and reading mechanisms – The mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies do not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. It is practically impossible to transfer viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the User’s Device.
  • Internal Cookies – internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users’ Devices
  • Third-party cookies – the Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookies from the Website’s partners. A list of partners can be found further in the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 Purposes for which cookies are used

  • Marketing and advertising – the Administrator and External Websites use Cookies for marketing purposes and serving Users’ advertisements.
  • Statistics –Administrator and External services uses cookies to collect and process statistical data such as visit statistics, User Device statistics or user behavior statistics. This data is collected for the purpose of analyzing and improving the Website.

The Controller cooperates with the following external websites that may place Cookies on the User’s Devices:

§ 6 Possibilities of determining the conditions of storage and access on the User’s Devices by the Website and External Websites

  • The User can at any time independently change the settings for saving, deleting and accessing the data of the saved Cookies

  • The User may at any time delete any Cookies stored so far using the tools of the User’s Device through which the User uses the Website’s services.

§ 7 Disclaimer

  • The Administrator applies all possible measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookies. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s activity and the security of the device they use.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for intercepting the data contained in Cookies, impersonating the User’s session or deleting them as a result of the User’s conscious or unconscious activity, viruses, Trojan horses and other spyware that may infect the User’s Device.
  • In order to protect themselves against the threats indicated in the previous point, users should follow the rules of safe use of the Internet.
  • Services provided by third parties are beyond the control of the Administrator. These entities can change their terms of service, purpose and use of cookies at any time. The Administrator is not responsible as much as the law allows for the operation of cookies used by partner websites. Users can manage their own cookie permissions and settings for any website at any time.

§ 8 Service Requirements

  • Restricting the storage and access to Cookies on the User’s Device may result in the malfunction of some of the Website’s functions.
  • The Administrator shall not be liable for malfunctioning functions of the Website if the User limits in any way the possibility of saving and reading Cookies.

§ 9 Changes to the Cookie Policy

  • The Administrator reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy at any time without informing the users about it.
  • Changes made to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.
  • The changes made come into force on the date of publication of the Cookie Policy.
