Roof system repairs
We carry out comprehensive renovations of skylights and rooflights. We are removing old steel structures, dismantling skylights that have been defectively installed or made in the old technology from reinforced glass. We dismantle structures that do not fulfill their functions, selecting new solutions individually to the customer’s needs.
We provide comprehensive replacement with new, light and durable polycarbonate skylights in a structure made of aluminum profiles, using galvanized steel sheet bases additionally insulated to ensure high thermal insulation of the entire structure.
Strands equipped with manually or automatically controlled smoke ventilators allow you to ensure adequate air circulation, significantly increasing the comfort of work and safety.
The scope of work includes:

- insulation and roofing treatments
- installation of new elements

We offer a comprehensive replacement of a skylight. Fanlights made in the steel/glass system (old solutions) are heavy, corroded, cause huge heat losses and often give little light.
REMARK!:
Elements made of polycarbonate, made incorrectly by companies that do not have adequate knowledge on this difficult subject, are more and more often submitted for replacement. It is alarming that more and more often an element that has been used for two or three years is reported for repair! This is usually the result of the use of non-certified materials by the manufacturers of these elements.
We offer delivery and installation of roof systems
Replacement is a very complicated issue in terms of construction. Often the base is in terrible technical condition and needs to be dismantled. There are cases where the base is a structural element of the entire roof, then it cannot be dismantled and must be renovated. The correct technical solution is supervised by our technical department, each time the technical condition is assessed by people with appropriate construction qualifications and experience. In addition, the works manager supervises the entire stage of works from the inspection on the construction site to the completion of the works.
